The balance will be paid cash to the driver, at the end of the tour or you can prepay the whole amount by Pay Pal Account or Credit Card without any addtl charge!!

Our cancellation policy is that we reimburse the deposit or prepayment received, in case of your cancellation received until 7 days from the tour or if the ship does not dock for any reason! No refund if you cancel within the last 7 days or a "No Show" of you at the dock!

All Rates are in Euro Currency. You can also use US Dollars otherthan Euro. 

Meals unless mentioned , Private Walking Tours, Entrance Tickets and Tips are NOT included in the tour rates!!

We just wanted to write and say thank you for organising the brilliant trip we had to Pisa and Florence. Before we arrived, you answered all our queries so quickly and suggested things we had not thought of. Laura, our guide, was excellent!!! Laura was waiting for us when our ship docked. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating that she really made the trip different, on what was a busy, hot day in Florence. We were able to see parts of Florence we had not seen before and Laura was very amenable to allowing us to say where we wanted to see. Because of a disability for one our party, Laura even managed to allow us to stop off at an organic Tuscan farm which was brilliant as we bought some produce and some wine to take home. Laura later returned us right to the gangway at our ship in Livorno after Florence.  We wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to friends and fellow travellers. Thanks again for making it a memorable fantastic day.

 Just wanted to take the time to let you know how pleased we were with all three tours we had through your company. All three drivers were very professional and friendly. They all were wonderful. We also appreciated Ricardo setting us a restaurant reservation to a place he recommended. The place was great and he made it very easy for us. He also gave us a great gelato recommendation and had bottled waters in the car for us.

 I want to thank you and your team for my clients. They had a wonderful time in the Amalfi Coast and are already planning a return trip for next Spring. I'll keep you posted on what they'd like to do. I'm trying to get them to do Rome, Florence and Amalfi so the kids have a well rounded view of Italy. 

We wanted to send a review to your guest book. We recently came into the port of Livorno for an overnight on a cruise ship. We used Shore Excursions in Italy both days and they were wonderful. The first day with did Cinque Terre with Franchesco. He was so knowledgeable about the area and so accommodating to us. He even drove us to the next town after we missed our train. The 2nd day we were with his wife Laura. She was splendid!! She gave us a great shopping experience and the Tuscany towns and wine tasting were incredible. She helped also when there was a mix up with the wine tasting and helped us out. We so appreciated both of them. They are a great addition to your team!!! Doug and Marilee USA

Won't buy excursions from cruise ships as long as Shore Excursions in Italy serves the Mediterranean areas.

 

My travel agent advised against buying excursions outside of the cruise ship. She said we might be left by the ship. 
Well, I went against her wishes and booked a private tour with Shore Excursions in Italy for this 7 day cruise on board Norwegian Epic. Main reason was not just the cheaper price but because my sister and I traveled with my 82-year old Mom who had problem walking long distances and catching up with the pace of a big tour group. 
Beppe Guiseppe, our tour driver, made it very easy for my Mom to enjoy Florence and Pisa. We got to see more, as we parked very close to the places we want to visit and did not have to walk so much which is what is what you do with most tour companies contracted by cruise ships. Beppe was at the Livorno port at the appointed time so we were on the road way before other tour buses left the cuise terminal.
I arranged my itinerary with amazing Daniela (Santa Croce, Piazza del Duomo, Plaza Michaelangelo), and we got to see all of them, did some shopping and took lots and lots of pictures. We also got to see the Abbazia di San Miniato al Monte where you have the calming moment in a sacred place, the majestic view of the heart of Florence and priceless works or art and religious icons . You will not find this itinerary included in any cruise ship excursions. 
In Pisa, we parked so close to the Leaning Tower which I did not even realize was possible and had plenty of time to browse and take pictures at the Baptistery, the Duomo and of course, the Leaning Tower. We did some shopping here as well and still got back to the ship way before the prescribed time.
Please don't look any further for you shore excursions. This company with amazing employees such as Daniela and Beppe will make your trip worth adding to your treasure box of wonderful memories. I must also add that we greatly appreciate Beppe as he showed so much attention and respect to my Mom. Hats off to you, Beppe. Arrivederci. Ciao :)

This thank you is long over due and our European vacation would not be complete if I didn't get this off to you.

 

First of all my thanks to you for your endless patience in answering all of my many questions. Many of which may have seemed frivolous to you but you never conveyed that in your response. You made a first time traveler to Italy feel comfortable in knowing they would be well taken care of and that there was nothing to worry about.

 

The drivers; Rafael, Federico and Carlo were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. After we discussed with them what we wanted to do and see, they gave us ideas and suggestions of what was best given the time we had and made sure, even while driving, it wasn't time wasted. They explained the country side and some history behind the areas we were passing through and what to expect when we arrived at our many destinations. They assisted with the purchase, when necessary, of entry tickets. They were excellent!

 

When we got back to our ship and shared our experience with others they were amazed at how much more we saw and did in the same amount off time off the ship as they did and for less money.

 

Shore Excursions in Italy is a "6 Star" company that my wife and I will use again, have recommended to many of our traveling friends and will be posting our high reviews about on TripAdvisor and other travel sites we frequent.

"I traveled to Italy on a cruise with my family, 6 people total ages 22-72 in Dec 2014 and used this company for an 8hr private van tour in Livorno/Pisa/Florence and another day in Naples/Pompeii/Amalfi Coast/Sorrento. Correspondence with Monica via email and payment of deposit online were quick, informative and easy. Our guides Riccardo & Frederico were prompt at the cruise terminal at 8am, were very informative and passionate about sharing the sites, history and culture, recommended a great lunch spot and brought us door-to-door on chilly days. Much less expensive than booking an excursion through the ship and well worth the cost to cover so much ground. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking to do a private tour, it made our days effortless. Bravo!"
